And to think, that MF'er used to pitch for our Yankees. UGH! Went to a game in 1996 when he was pitching. He was killed in the first inning. I think the Yanks lost 13-1 or something along those lines. Cecil Fielder was the only person who scored. Why does that stand out in my mind you ask? Because I remember him hustling home like a freight train. The entire stadium was shaking when he finally crossed home plate ;-)
I have a feeling the Cards are going to pull it off this year. Not that I care.
Rumors here in NY are that Girardi will be back in some sort of capacity. Sheff is running his mouth off again and Derek is saying he and ARod are still 'buds'. So much for NY Gossip.
